[Case Study] Nozzle for Conveyor Cleaning

Increased cleaning effectiveness! A case study that solved the issues of labor costs, water usage costs, and wastewater treatment costs.

We would like to introduce a case study of a certain confectionery company located in Niigata Prefecture that implemented a conveyor cleaning nozzle. At this company, cleaning was performed using a high-pressure water hand spray gun to remove soy sauce stains; however, they were unable to sufficiently eliminate the dirt, and the labor involved in the cleaning process was burdensome. Additionally, due to the high-pressure water, it was necessary to ensure the safety of the workers. Therefore, they adopted a dedicated rotary nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning. This made it possible to reliably clean the stains, allowing the workers who were responsible for cleaning to be reassigned to other tasks, which also led to a reduction in labor costs. [Case Study] Conveyor Cleaning Unit Nozzle

Cleaning of mesh conveyors! A case where manual cleaning work was eliminated and water usage was reduced by over 20%.

We would like to introduce a case where a conveyor cleaning unit nozzle was implemented at a certain sake brewery. At this brewery, a nozzle header with straight flow nozzles was swung to clean the mesh conveyor, but this was insufficient, and additional manual cleaning was performed using a high-pressure handgun, which posed a problem in terms of the manpower required and the burden on the workers. Therefore, a rotating nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning was adopted, allowing for the reliable washing and removal of rice grains stuck in the mesh, enabling automatic cleaning.
